Fulfillment Policy

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation from our payment provider.

Priority Queue purchases are normally fulfilled automatically within a few minutes. Manual products, including cosmetic Clan Tag services, may take longer depending on administrator availability.

Server maintenance, payment processing delays, third-party outages, or other technical issues may occasionally delay fulfillment.

• Priority Queue access is assigned to the Steam account connected to the purchase.
• One-time purchases begin after successful payment confirmation.
• Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing schedule selected during checkout.
• Priority Queue may also be purchased as a gift using the recipient's Steam64 ID.

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct Steam64 ID for the intended recipient.

Gift purchases are delivered to the Steam account associated with the Steam64 ID supplied during checkout. RedWave DayZ is not responsible for delivery to an unintended account when incorrect recipient information was provided.

If a mistake is discovered, contact RedWave support as soon as possible.

Colored Clan Tags are cosmetic services and do not provide a competitive gameplay advantage.

Customers may select an RGB color during checkout. Clan Tag purchases require manual fulfillment and may require a Discord support ticket for confirmation.

Reasonable technical adjustments may be made if necessary for compatibility, visibility, server configuration, or game limitations.

Donations are voluntary contributions used to support expenses associated with operating and developing RedWave DayZ.

Donations do not provide an in-game competitive advantage and do not represent the purchase of a product unless a specific benefit is expressly stated at checkout.

• Automatic Account Integration: eligible digital access is applied to the appropriate Steam/CFTools account after payment confirmation.
• In-Game Fulfillment: certain services may be activated directly within the RedWave DayZ server.
• Manual Administrator Fulfillment: cosmetic services such as Clan Tags may require manual action by RedWave staff.
• Discord Support: customers may be asked to use the official RedWave Discord for verification or assistance.

Digital services depend on RedWave DayZ servers and third-party platforms. Maintenance, outages, software updates, game updates, third-party interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily delay fulfillment or access.

Temporary server downtime does not normally constitute failure to fulfill a purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that account information provided during checkout is accurate. This may include Steam64 ID, linked Steam account, linked Discord account, gift-recipient Steam64 ID, and selected Clan Tag color.

Incorrect information may delay fulfillment.

When a recurring Priority Queue option is selected, the subscription continues according to the billing interval presented at checkout until cancelled.

Cancelling prevents future renewal charges. Access already paid for will generally remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Because RedWave DayZ provides digital services that may be delivered immediately, completed and fulfilled purchases are generally considered final.

Refunds may still be considered for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, technical failures that prevent fulfillment, services RedWave DayZ is unable to provide, or where required by applicable law.

Customers should contact RedWave support before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.

RedWave DayZ may suspend or revoke digital benefits associated with purchases that involve fraud, unauthorized payments, payment reversals, or abuse of the purchasing system.

Mods, server configurations, game updates, third-party services, or operational requirements may require digital services or cosmetic features to be adjusted, replaced, temporarily disabled, or discontinued.

When reasonably possible, RedWave DayZ will attempt to provide an equivalent service or appropriate resolution.

Some purchases rely on third-party services including payment processors, gaming platforms, and server-management services. RedWave DayZ does not control the availability or operation of these third-party systems.

Questions regarding an order, fulfillment issue, subscription, gift purchase, or refund request can be sent to support@redwavedayz.com or submitted through the official RedWave DayZ support channels.

For faster assistance, provide your Discord username, Steam64 ID, purchase date, product purchased, and PayPal or Stripe transaction, order, Checkout, or subscription information when applicable.

Never publicly post passwords, payment credentials, authentication tokens, or other sensitive account information.
