The information we collect depends on how you use the RedWave DayZ website, account system, store, and connected services.

When you sign in with Discord, we may receive and store basic account information including your Discord user ID, username, display name, and profile image or avatar.

RedWave DayZ does not receive or store your Discord password.

When you link Steam, we may store your Steam64 ID and confirmation that the Steam account has been linked.

Steam information may be used to deliver Priority Queue access, connect purchases to your game account, retrieve supported player information, display personal server statistics, and verify gift recipients.

RedWave DayZ does not receive or store your Steam password.

RedWave DayZ uses CFTools Cloud for server-management and player-account functions. Information may include CFTools account ID, server-specific player statistics, playtime, kills, deaths, K/D ratio, longest kill, longest shot, and Priority Queue status or expiration.

We may maintain records including the product purchased, amount, currency, purchase date, payment status, PayPal or Stripe order, Checkout, transaction, or subscription identifiers, fulfillment status, Priority Queue dates, gift-recipient Steam64 ID, selected Clan Tag RGB color, and support-related administrative notes.

Payments are processed through third-party providers including PayPal and Stripe. RedWave DayZ does not directly receive or store your complete credit-card number, debit-card number, PayPal password, Stripe account credentials, or bank-account credentials.

We receive transaction information necessary to confirm payment and fulfill the associated purchase.

If you purchase Priority Queue for another player, we may collect the recipient's Steam64 ID and associated CFTools identifier as necessary to fulfill and manage the gift.

Authenticated players may view statistics associated with their linked game account. Statistics may be retrieved from CFTools Cloud and temporarily cached for performance.

RedWave DayZ does not provide a public website tool for searching arbitrary players' private account information through the RedWave account system.

RedWave DayZ and its infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, requested pages or API routes, errors, performance information, and security-related request data.

The website may store session-related information in your browser so you can remain signed in and use account features. These tokens should not be shared with other people.

Limited information may be transmitted to service providers when necessary to operate RedWave DayZ. These may include PayPal, Stripe, Discord, Steam, CFTools Cloud, and Cloudflare. Those providers process information according to their own policies and terms.

RedWave DayZ does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers and does not operate its account system for the purpose of creating advertising profiles.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, investigate fraud or unauthorized payments, protect RedWave systems, protect users or administrators, investigate serious rule violations, or respond to abuse.

Account, purchase, subscription, fulfillment, and security records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate services, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain financial records, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

RedWave DayZ uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No internet service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact RedWave DayZ regarding information associated with your account, including requests for correction, removal of certain information, disconnection of a linked account, or assistance with a transaction record.

Some information may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security, financial, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

The website may contain links to Discord, Steam, PayPal, Stripe, CFTools Cloud, Steam identification tools, and other external services. RedWave DayZ does not control their privacy practices or content.

RedWave DayZ services are intended for individuals permitted to use DayZ, Steam, Discord, PayPal, Stripe, and related services under the applicable terms and age requirements of those platforms.

RedWave DayZ services may be accessible from multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed or stored in jurisdictions different from your own through third-party infrastructure providers.

This policy may be updated when website features, integrations, payment systems, or legal and operational requirements change. The revised version will be posted with an updated date.

Never send passwords, complete payment-card information, PayPal or Stripe passwords, authentication tokens, or other sensitive login credentials through Discord support tickets.
