Terms of Service

RedWave DayZ provides an independently operated DayZ community server and related online services, which may include game-server access, website accounts, Discord authentication, Steam linking, player statistics, Priority Queue, subscriptions, gift purchases, cosmetic Clan Tags, donations, server status information, and community support.

RedWave DayZ is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Bohemia Interactive. DayZ and related trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners.

You may use RedWave DayZ services only if you are legally permitted to do so and meet applicable age requirements of DayZ, Steam, Discord, PayPal, Stripe, and other services involved.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your Discord and Steam accounts, providing accurate information, protecting session and login information, and promptly reporting unauthorized activity.

RedWave DayZ will never ask you for your Steam password, Discord password, PayPal or Stripe password, or full payment credentials through a support ticket.

By linking a Steam account, you represent that you are authorized to use it. You may not knowingly link another person's Steam account without authorization.

Use of the game server is subject to the current RedWave server rules. Prohibited conduct includes cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, duplication, combat logging, abuse of server systems, fraud, payment abuse, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, deliberate disruption, ban evasion, and unauthorized access.

Priority Queue provides preferential placement in the server connection queue. It does not guarantee immediate access, a reserved player slot, a competitive gameplay advantage, or exemption from server rules.

By selecting a recurring Priority Queue option, you authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed recurring amount at the selected billing frequency until cancelled.

The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient Steam64 ID. Gift purchases are normally fulfilled to the account associated with the supplied ID.

Colored Clan Tags are cosmetic services. They may require manual fulfillment, may be subject to technical limitations, and may need adjustment to remain compatible with the server or game.

Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support RedWave DayZ. They do not represent ownership, an investment, a guarantee of future services, or a competitive gameplay benefit.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe. You agree to use a payment method you are authorized to use and to pay the amount displayed at checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time for future purchases. Price changes do not normally affect completed purchases, and later discounts are not automatically applied retroactively.

Digital purchases are fulfilled according to the RedWave DayZ Fulfillment Policy through automatic account integration, CFTools Cloud, in-game activation, manual administrator action, or Discord support as appropriate.

Refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment issues are governed by the RedWave DayZ Fulfillment Policy. Completed and fulfilled digital transactions are generally considered final, subject to applicable law.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are prohibited. If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or determined unauthorized, associated digital services may be suspended or revoked.

RedWave DayZ may investigate activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended to manipulate website, payment, account, or game systems.

RedWave DayZ does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, restarts, updates, hardware or software failures, network problems, attacks, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

RedWave DayZ is an evolving server. Mods, maps, loot systems, economy settings, vehicles, weapons, events, AI systems, rules, server capacity, Priority systems, cosmetic features, and website functionality may change.

Server wipes, resets, or database changes may affect characters, bases, inventories, vehicles, stored items, progression, statistics, and other game data. In-game progress is not guaranteed to persist indefinitely.

Player statistics may be obtained from external server-management services and are provided for informational and community purposes. RedWave DayZ does not guarantee that third-party statistics are always complete, accurate, or immediately updated.

RedWave DayZ relies on third-party platforms and services including Bohemia Interactive, Steam, Discord, PayPal, Stripe, Cloudflare, CFTools Cloud, mod developers, and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Community-created modifications, assets, and integrations remain the property of their respective creators or rights holders. Availability may change due to updates, licensing decisions, compatibility issues, or removal by creators.

Original RedWave branding, website content, graphics, configuration work, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, circumvent security controls, interfere with availability, abuse APIs, automate excessive requests, extract protected account information, access another user's private data, or introduce malicious software.

RedWave DayZ may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of serious rule violations, fraud, security threats, abuse, unauthorized access, repeated disruption, or legal requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, RedWave DayZ services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability of every feature, perfect statistics, flawless third-party integrations, or indefinite mod compatibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RedWave DayZ and its administrators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from server wipes, character death, lost in-game items, mod failures, downtime, third-party failures, or lost game progress.

Use of RedWave DayZ services is also governed by the RedWave DayZ Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with accounts, Steam linking, Discord authentication, purchases, and player statistics may be handled.

These Terms may be updated as the server, website, store, integrations, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

These Terms will be governed by applicable law based on the jurisdiction in which RedWave DayZ operates, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the user.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by RedWave DayZ to immediately enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision later.
